Career coaching
Stuck on the other side of the table?
Same market, read from where the hiring decisions are actually made. We build the shortlists, so we see exactly why candidates get cut and what moves them up.
Positioning
What you actually sell, in the words a hiring manager uses. Your CV and your LinkedIn rewritten around that, not around your job history.
Targets and approach
We build your list of twenty companies together, and the messages to approach them. You leave with prospecting ready to run, not a theory about networking.
Process and interviews
Where your process is leaking: screening, the technical stage, the final panel. Rehearsed against the criteria the shortlist is actually scored on.
Numbers and negotiation
What your profile is really worth in the UK or across Europe, and how to hold a number without losing the room. Read from inside real salary grids.

Launch edition, until 31 October 2026. The read is £165 instead of £250, and the three-session plan is £450 instead of £650 (€190 and €520), in exchange for an honest LinkedIn recommendation at the end. That is the only discount we run, and it does not apply to the monthly format.
If FeatBiz is presenting you for a role, coaching is free and stays free. We are never paid by both sides for the same outcome.
As a freelancer, he gave me excellent advice on my positioning and my prospecting. He also has a very human approach.
I recommend Antoine without hesitation.
I was lucky to have Antoine's support at the key moment when I launched my freelance Salesforce Marketing Cloud practice, and in particular to find my first contract. […] he knew how to guide me, reassure me and help me approach that first step with far more confidence.
Both are real, public recommendations, translated from French and anonymised here. You can read the originals signed, under their authors' own names, on Antoine's LinkedIn profile.
Twenty minutes, free, to see if it's worth it.
No pitch. You describe where you're stuck, and you get a straight answer on whether this helps — including if the answer is that it doesn't, or that you don't need to pay anyone at all.
Straight answers
Before you book anything.
What do I actually leave with?
Something you can use the same week, not a summary of the conversation. Depending on the format: your positioning rewritten in the words a hiring manager uses, a list of twenty target companies built with you, the messages to approach them, or a prepared answer on your salary. Every session ends with a written summary.
Is the first call really free?
Yes. Twenty minutes, no charge, no pitch. You describe where you're stuck and you get a straight answer on whether this helps. If it doesn't, we say so, including when the honest answer is that you don't need to pay anyone at all.
Can you find me a job, or place me somewhere?
That is a separate business, and the company pays for it, never the candidate. We keep the two apart deliberately. Coaching buys you a clearer read on your search and how to run it. It does not buy you an introduction, and paying for coaching does not move you up a shortlist.
Do you guarantee I'll get an offer?
No, and be careful with anyone who does. Hiring decisions sit with employers, not with us. What we can change is what you're putting in front of them and how you're running the process, which is usually where the problem is.
How do the sessions run?
Remote, ninety minutes, video or phone, in English or French. You get the written summary afterwards. The monthly format adds a second session and messaging between sessions.
Which markets do you know well enough to advise on?
The United Kingdom and Europe. We know the salary realities and notice-period cultures in the markets we work well enough to be useful. Outside them we would be guessing, and we would tell you so rather than take the booking.
What if FeatBiz is already presenting me for a role?
Then coaching is free and stays free, for as long as we are representing you. We are never paid by both sides for the same outcome, so the moment there is a company paying for your placement, you stop being a paying client.
When do I pay?
Before the session, which is what holds the slot. Prices are on this page: no consultation fee to find out what it costs, and no quote that arrives later and bigger.
Twenty minutes to find out if this is worth your money.
Free, no pitch, and a straight answer either way.
